Physical products

How can I track my order?

Once your physical order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

eBooks are delivered digitally and do not require tracking.


What happens if I order both physical products and eBooks?

Your eBook will be delivered immediately via email.

Physical products will be shipped separately according to the timeline shown at checkout.


eBooks & Digital Products

How do I access my eBook after purchase?

You will receive an email immediately after purchase containing your download link.


I didn’t receive my eBook download link. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder.

If you still cannot find the email, contact us at:

and include your order number. We will resend the link.


What devices can I read eBooks on?

Our eBooks are compatible with most e-readers, tablets, smartphones, and computers.


Can I return or get a refund for an eBook?

Due to the nature of digital products supplied immediately after purchase, eBook sales are final once delivery has begun.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • the file is corrupted
  • the download cannot be completed
  • the wrong product was delivered
  • a technical issue prevents access

By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for physical products?

Physical products purchased directly from Mind & Becoming may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unused
  • in their original packaging
  • in resaleable condition

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you notice damage, defects, or discrepancies, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours, including photographic evidence where available.

If the issue is confirmed to be attributable to Mind & Becoming, we will arrange return shipping at our expense and provide either a replacement or a refund.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are issued within 14 days from confirmation of withdrawal and may be withheld until the returned item has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.

Refunds are made using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
