How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship physical products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order? Once your physical order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. eBooks are delivered instantly to your email, no tracking needed.
What if I order both physical products and eBooks? Your eBook will be delivered instantly via email, while physical items will ship separately according to the timeline shown at checkout.
eBooks & Digital Products
How do I access my eBook after purchase? You'll receive an email immediately after purchase with a download link.
I didn't receive my eBook download link. What should I do? First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@danielaturano.com with your order number, and we'll resend it immediately.
What devices can I read eBooks on? Our eBooks are compatible with most e-readers, tablets, smartphones, and computers.
Can I return or get a refund for an eBook? Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and downloadable content are final. Once you have accessed or downloaded a digital product, it cannot be returned or refunded except in cases where:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- You received the wrong digital product
- There is a technical issue preventing access
For EU customers: By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download or access begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy for physical products? All our products are printed on-demand and customized specifically for each order. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items or changes of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at hello@danielaturano.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
I'm in the European Union. What are my rights? In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Economic Area ordinarily have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days of delivery. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to specifications or clearly personalized. Since all our products are custom-printed to order based on your selections, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
EU customers retain full rights under conformity of goods laws (Directive 2019/771/EU) for products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not conform to the order description.
How do I return a damaged or defective item? For approved returns of damaged or defective items, please contact us at hello@danielaturano.com for return instructions. We will provide guidance on the return process and address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items if accepted at our discretion.
How long does it take to receive a refund? Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable) and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
