This policy includes your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, including the right of withdrawal. This policy applies to products purchased on mindandbecoming.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice damage, defects, or discrepancies, we recommend contacting Mind and Becoming as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence where available.
If a defect, damage, or fulfilment error attributable to Mind and Becoming is confirmed, we will arrange return shipping at our expense and offer either:
- a replacement, or
- a full refund
in agreement with the customer.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:

- Submit a request directly from your account at mindandbecoming.com
- Contact us at hello@mindandbecoming.com within 14 days of delivery
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, please:
- Return the item(s) unused and in their original packaging
- Ship the return to the address we will provide
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly from your account at mindandbecoming.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — however, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery as described above.
