This policy applies to products purchased on mindandbecoming.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice damage, defects, or discrepancies, we recommend contacting Mind and Becoming as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence where available.
If a defect, damage, or fulfilment error attributable to Mind and Becoming is confirmed, we will arrange return shipping at our expense and offer either:
- a replacement, or
- a full refund
in agreement with the customer.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.
Physical products sold directly by Mind and Becoming may be cancelled before dispatch.
Digital products (eBooks) cannot be cancelled once the download link has been generated and sent.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Contact us at hello@mindandbecoming.com within 14 days of delivery
- Return the item(s) unused and in their original packaging
- Ship the return to the address we will provide
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Digital Products (eBooks)
Due to the nature of digital content supplied immediately after purchase, eBook sales are final once delivery has begun.
Refunds may be issued only if:
- the file is corrupted
- the download cannot be completed
- the wrong product was delivered
- a technical issue prevents access
By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download or access begins, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing after the refund has been issued.
