Products purchased on mindandbecoming.com
Orders fulfilled directly by Mind and Becoming may be cancelled before the order is dispatched.
As we aim to prepare and ship orders quickly, often within a few hours of purchase, we recommend requesting cancellation as soon as possible.
Once the shipping confirmation email and tracking number have been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
How to request a cancellation
Option 1 — Self-serve (fastest): Log into your account at mindandbecoming.com, go to your Orders, and submit a cancellation request directly.
Option 2 — By email: Contact us at hello@mindandbecoming.com with your order number in the subject line.
If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will confirm the cancellation by email.
Already received your order? The right of withdrawal applies instead. You have 14 days from delivery to return the goods. Use the withdrawal form available on our website or refer to our Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy for full details.
