Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of product you've ordered. Please review the relevant section below:

Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, eBooks cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent to your email. Please ensure you want to proceed before completing your purchase of digital products.

Cancellation window: Before download link is generated and sent

Print-on-Demand Products (Notebooks, Stationery & Canvas Prints)

You can cancel your order for print-on-demand items as long as production hasn't started. Once your order enters the production stage, we cannot cancel or modify it.

How to cancel:

  • Log into your account and view your order status
  • If the status shows "Waiting for fulfillment", you can cancel the order
  • Once the status changes to "Being fulfilled" or "Fulfilled", cancellation is no longer possible

Cancellation window: While order status is "Waiting for fulfillment"

Books (Physical)

Physical books can be cancelled before they are sent to our fulfillment partner. Once the order has been submitted for fulfillment, changes and cancellations are not possible.

How to cancel:

  • Check your order status in your account
  • Cancel directly from your account if the order hasn't been submitted for fulfillment
  • If fulfillment has begun, you'll be notified that the cancellation cannot be processed

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an eligible order:

  1. Log into your account at mindandbecoming.com
  2. Go to your order history
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click the cancellation option if available
