Digital Products (eBooks)
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email.
For this reason, orders for eBooks can be cancelled only until the download link has been generated and sent.
By completing the purchase of a digital product with immediate delivery, the customer expressly agrees to begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledges that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal once delivery has started, in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Physical Products (gift boxes, notebooks, books)
Orders sold and fulfilled directly by Mind & Becoming may be cancelled before dispatch.
As we aim to prepare and ship orders quickly, often within a few hours of purchase, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Once the shipping confirmation email and tracking number have been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal after delivery, as described in our Returns Policy.

How to request a cancellation
To cancel an eligible order:

- Go to your order history
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Use the cancellation option if available

Please include your order number in the subject line.
If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will confirm the cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but the order may still be returned according to our Returns Policy.
