Processing Time
We fulfil orders through different methods depending on the product type:
• Physical Products (gift boxes, notebooks, books)
Orders handled directly by Mind & Becoming are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Digital Products (eBooks)
Delivered electronically via email immediately upon purchase completion. No physical shipping is required.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Within Italy, physical products are shipped via express courier (BRT) with estimated delivery times:
- Mainland Italy: 2–3 business days
- Islands: 3–5 business days
Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on seasonal demand, holidays, courier operations, or destination (including islands and remote areas).
Shipping Costs
Within Italy:
- Shipping is free for orders over €59.00
- Orders below €59.00 incur a €6.00 shipping fee
Shipping costs are displayed before checkout confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you placed your order as a registered user, the same tracking details will also be available in your personal account area on our website.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe plus 5 additional business days, please contact:

If a parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- checking with neighbours or building reception
- verifying delivery details with the courier
- contacting us so we can assist you in opening a delivery verification request
Under Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with the seller until the customer (or a person designated by the customer) physically receives the goods.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
If you need to update your address, please contact:

If incorrect address details prevent successful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to:
- incorrect address details
- refused delivery
- failure to collect the parcel
we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
What to Do Upon Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, we recommend checking immediately that the package and its contents are intact.
If anything appears damaged or incomplete:
- take photos of the external packaging
- take photos of the internal contents
- contact us promptly at hello@mindandbecoming.com
When accepting delivery from the courier:
- check that packaging is intact
- if the parcel shows visible damage, either refuse delivery or
- sign the courier document adding the note
“Accetto con riserva” (Accepted with reservation)
This helps facilitate any transport-related claims if necessary.
