Get clear
- What is the situation in one sentence.
- What is the part that matters most today.
- What do I know for sure, and what am I guessing.
- Where is the decision point, if there is one.
- What can I do next that is practical.
- What would help me feel less scattered in the next hour.
Name what you feel
- What is my mood in one word.
- What might that mood be responding to.
- What am I disappointed about, if I am honest.
- What am I worried would happen.
- What do I need reassurance about.
- What would soothe me, without fixing everything.
Take one step
- What is one 10-minute action I can take.
- What can I finish today so it stops hanging over me.
- Where can I choose done instead of perfect.
- If I took myself seriously, what would I do next.
- What would make tomorrow easier if I do it now.
- What is one thing I can say no to today.
Relationships and belonging
- What is one thing I have not said out loud.
- What do I need to stop hinting at and say plainly.
- What pattern keeps showing up with this person, and what is my part.
- Where do I feel I am performing, and where do I feel relaxed.
- What does respect look like here, for me and for them.
- What kind of connection would help right now. Quiet company, a message, time alone, honest talk.
Steadiness and gratitude, without pressure
- What was good enough today.
- What did I do that helped, even if no one saw it.
- What is something I can rely on right now.
- What gave me a brief sense of relief.
- What do I want to carry into the rest of today.
- What is one sentence I want to remember.
