Illustrated by Serena White, known as Hoglet & Co, this Petit Pinceau paint-by-numbers kit offers a softer, greener interpretation of New York. Based in England, Serena creates her illustrations by hand using gouache, drawing inspiration from everyday life, nature and flowers. Her work brings together urban landscapes and vibrant greenery, creating inviting scenes that inspire a sense of escape.
The illustration is divided into numbered areas, with each number corresponding to one of the 17 prepared paint colours. Simply label the pots using the numbered stickers provided, choose one of the two brushes and gradually fill in each section as the complete image begins to emerge.
Designed to take approximately six to nine hours, New York offers an absorbing creative project to enjoy over one long afternoon or several quieter sessions. No previous painting experience is needed, and once finished, the illustration can be framed and displayed in your home.
